The short answer to this question is an emphatic no! However, you must please please understand this!
God created human beings with free will. He also provided us with all that is necessary to enjoy, rule over and take care of His creation on the earth and to live in peace and communion with Him. At creation God gave human beings the opportunity to glorify in communion with him. Placed in the most beautiful environment on the earth mankind was in need of nothing. It was at creation when God gave his command and rules by which we are to live. He instructed mankind to choose good over evil, to obey and live. God warned man that the consequence for disobedience would be death.( spiritual and physical separation from Him). Man and woman in their free will, chose disobedience over obedience. Choosing to go their own way instead of God’s way. was a sinful act of disobedience. This meant that mankind became separated from God when they chose to disobey God’s command. This was the choice for death over life, the same as hell over heaven. The answer becomes clear. God does not! send people to hell. People will go to hell, as a matter of choice made by their free will.
Yet despite of our disobedience, despite of our sin, God has instituted a plan of salvation for mankind, and all who will call upon Him for mercy through Jesus Christ His Son, He will redeem from a lost state and the consequences of our rebellious sinful ways. But God commendeth his love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. (Romans 5:6). For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. (Romans 5:6) to bring us back to himself. It is our choice to accept or reject God’s offer of salvation.
God will not force himself upon anyone who does not want him. God cannot take someone into His heavenly kingdom who lived an unrighteous life had no desire for him and who has rejected his offer of salvation.
