What is sin?

Sin is the transgression of God’s law. Sin is disobedience, rebellion and rejection of God’s way, sin is doing the opposite of what God says we should do. Sin is to live your life according to your own way, while rejecting God’s way. Sin is opposition to the revealed will of God.

Sin leads to all kinds of moral depravity committed against our fellow mankind. Sin opposes God’s righteous order by which man should live. Sin embraces evil, is against God and keeps us separated from him. The atoning death of Jesus Christ on the cross, cleanses us from sin and brings us into fellowship with God. All who believes in Jesus Christ and repents of their sin will receive forgiveness, deliverance and His free gift of eternal life .
