In examining this question we find that the the vast majority of serious New Testament historians agree that the existence of Jesus Christ is a historical fact. Disputing this simply cannot be taken seriously. Credible historians who studied the New Testament all agree that the man Jesus Christ, did exist and was a historical figure who lived in Roman occupied Palestine during the first century. Ancient Jewish and Roman historians such as Flavius Josephus, Pliny the Younger, Tacitus, Suetonius, Julius and Africanus, Lucian of Samosata, Marabar-Serapion. They all wrote about Jesus. The Babylonian Talmud confirms the crucifixion of Jesus. There are also the Gnostic writings:

- The Gospel of Thomas
- The Treatise on Resurrection
- There are others not mentioned here.
Besides, there is also the Christian account of Jesus life, death and resurrection in the New Testament Gospels. The gospel writers were direct and indirect eyewitnesses to the events concerning Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Historians of Christian and non-Christian background all agree that the epistles of Paul the Apostle were written less than 40 years after the death of Jesus Christ. When comparing ancient manuscript, it is determined that this evidence is no less than rock solid. Consider the most amazing fact surrounding the existence of Jesus Christ; Thousands of Christians during the first century AD. refused to renounce their faith in him and gave their lives believing in him. No one would go as far as to give up their life for something they did not believe to be true. From both Christian and non-Christian sources, the evidence for the existence of Jesus Christ is tremendously overwhelming, leaving absolutely no doubts about his existence.
