Hi friend, Jesus Christ offers you His gift of Love. The Bible tells us: God created man and woman in a beautiful-peaceful environment on the earth. Not as robots but with free will and in His own image and likeness. Their purpose was to glorify God in a relationship of communion with Him. He instructed them to multiply rule over the earth, enjoy its resources and to obey a specific command. God warned them of the consequences for disobedience, yet they chose to disobey. Their act of disobedience was a sin against God; and with that came the consequences of their sin. Man’s relationship with God was ruined as they became spiritually dead, separated from Him and removed from that environment of beauty and peace. So began humanity’s troubles and sorrows. We all possess that sin nature passed on from them to us.
Sin separates us from God. Rejecting Him for our own way means we gain worldly pleasure and material things, all in the hopeless pursuit for true satisfaction. The Bible tells us: For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Rom 3:23). Facing God’s righteous judgment, with no ability of our own to be reconciled to Him; the end result is: damnation and eternal separation from God. But in the most Amazing act of Love, in order to bring us back to Himself, God became our Redeemer and Savior. The Bible tells us how He did this: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16). Not that we deserve it, But God demonstrates His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Rom 5:8). God’s gift of love to humanity is Jesus Christ who gave His life and rose again to save us.
Jesus Christ entered the world, born of a virgin. He was God with us. He fed the hungry, healed the sick, raise the dead, delivered the captive, mend broken hearts, and offered salvation to all who believe in Him. He was crucified and died on a cross as He suffered the penalty for the sins of the world. Days later He was raised from the dead, still offering salvation. The Bible says: That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved (Rom 10:9). Not by your good deeds! For by grace are you saved through faith, and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God (Eph 2:8). Jesus said: I Am the way (Jn 14:6). Believe and call upon Him, repent-turn from sin. Be baptized. His gift of love for you is eternal life in His kingdom. Jesus Christ loves you and wants to save you.
A prayer for salvation: Lord Jesus I believe that you came and died for my sins and that by the power of God the Father, you rose from the dead. I acknowledge that I am a sinner in need of Salvation. I repent and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart and save me. I pray in your name Jesus, Amen.
